Food: Pasta al Alfredo: Melt 30g butter in a small pan, boil 1.5dl heavy whipping cream on top of it down to half. Blend with freshly grated nutmeg & black pepper + 1dl reggiano and mix with 250g fresh al dente fettuccine. Pour heaps of additional reggiano on top + a pincha sprinkle salt upon serving.
To al Alfredo, drink: Anchor Liberty Ale, Slottskällans Red Ale , BrewDog Punk IPA, in that order.
